ST. LOUIS – FOX 2 News continues to follow tornado victims as they recover from the May 16 tornado that ravaged north St Louis.

We met Carol Johnson, who lives on Adelaide, right after the storm when she had major roof damage and water was leaking in. We touched base with her a month later.

Now, even more rain water has seeped in and has caused her ceilings to collapse. We connected Johnson with Jake Wheeler of the 100 Roofs Project. He tarped Johnson's home that very day.

Since then, he has walked through the bid process with her as she had no insurance. Now, Carol has a new roof and her chimney is repaired. It was time to get all of her black mold-damaged belongings out before work can be done to rip out the moldy walls.
