Is embellishing, exaggerating or lying ever acceptable? My mother didn’t think so and neither do I or anyone who holds tight to high ethical standards.

In truth, it is that simple; there is no ambiguity.

Embellishing: To make something more attractive by adding decorative details. But why is that necessary? Is not the beauty of truth enough to enhance a person, place or idea?
