A child has been taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car on Wednesday morning.
The three-year-old boy was airlifted from Bott Road, Bellambi, to Sydney Children's Hospital in a serious but stable condition after being struck by a car on Chounding Crescent on October 1.
Emergency services were called to the scene at about 9am.

The 64-year-old driver was uninjured, and she was taken to hospital for mandatory testing.
An investigation in the crash has begun and a crime scene has been established.
Police issued an appeal to the public to contact Wollongong Police District or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 with information, dashcam or CCTV footage.
