Fremantle coach Lisa Webb says they are yet to determine the extent of midfielder Orlagh Lally’s foot injury as they prepare to tackle Hawthorn in Frankston on Thursday afternoon.

Lally has been ruled out of the clash against the Hawks, who are one of the premiership contenders this season with a strong 6-1 record as the race to finals heats up.

It’s a big blow for the Dockers, who cannot afford to make too many mistakes in the next five games if they want to play finals, with Fremantle sitting 12th with only three wins and a woeful percentage of only 64.8.

Webb said they had plenty of options to help cover the loss of the Lally, who won the western derby medal after a 24-disposal performance in round five.
