Tye was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, on his mother’s birthday, July 25, 1976. He grew up in Pocatello, where his adventurous spirit first took root. As a child, he could be found in the mountains with friends, catching snakes, climbing (and sometimes falling from) trees, and always seeking the next thrill.

Tye lived life full throttle. A true outlaw, he loved fast cars, loud Harleys, the mountains, and every animal that crossed his path. He was known for his grit, sharp humor, and big heart.
