BEML Stock Split Record Date: BEML Limited board has fixed Monday, November 03, 2025 as the record date for the purpose of sub-division/split of existing 1 (One) Equity Share of face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten Only) each fully paid up into 2 (Two) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- (Rupees Five Only) each fully paid up.

The board made the decision on Monday, September 29, 2025.

Post the announcement, BEML Limited shares rallied 4 per cent to touch the day’s high at Rs 4,398 apiece. At noon, shares were trading at Rs 4,298.10 apiece from the previous day close at Rs 4,173.80 apiece.
