CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A public forum held tonight at Fluvanna County High School on a proposed natural gas power plant is sparking debate between residents, the energy company and county leaders.
The energy company, Tenaska, answered some questions about its plan for a second natural gas-fueled facility in the Cunningham District of Fluvanna County. Supporters say the project will bring tax revenue — but residents say they’re already dealing with problems from the current plant, like the noise.
