LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - More sunshine is expected Wednesday and warmer temperatures for most areas as well. Isolated showers and perhaps a thunderstorm possible Wednesday morning in central and northeastern Nebraska. Thursday will be warm and mainly dry and then hot temperatures expected Friday. Isolated thunderstorms possible on Saturday and it will be warm and windy. Scattered thunderstorms possible Sunday.

Partly sunny skies and warm on Wednesday with afternoon highs in the 70s and 80s. South wind 10 to 15 mph with a few gusts around 25 mph.

Mostly clear skies should develop Wednesday night with overnight lows falling into the 50s and 60s.

Mostly sunny skies Thursday and continue quite warm across Nebraska. Highs mainly in the 80s.
