A Des Moines teenager remains missing more than two months after she left home, and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children is now involved to help generate leads.
Alexis Fuller's photo will be displayed on digital gas station screens across Iowa in October to spread awareness about her case, according to a Tuesday, Sept. 30 news release from the national organization.
The Des Moines Police Department had not previously released Alexis's last name when they announced she was missing. But DMPD requested the public's help July 15 to locate the 17-year-old and her 14-year-old brother, Zayden .
