LONDON — Kevin Stefanski continues to say the Browns ' offensive problems aren't all on one player. However, the Browns coach clearly believed quarterback was a major part of the problem.

After four games, Stefanski has pulled the plug on Joe Flacco has the Browns' starting quarterback. Rookie Dillon Gabriel will be the starter when Cleveland faces the Minnesota Vikings in London Oct. 5.

Flacco will be the backup to Gabriel. Shedeur Sanders will remain as the No. 3 quarterback.
