CLIVE, Iowa — Ellisa Muhs from Osage has won a $250,000 prize in the Iowa Lottery's "Top Dollar" InstaPlay game.

Muhs purchased her winning ticket at Casey's on Main Street in Osage and collected her prize at the Mason City regional office.

The Iowa Lottery says the "Top Dollar" game is a $30 InstaPlay game featuring eight top prizes of $250,000 and 48 prizes of $10,000. The overall odds of winning are 1 in 2.96.
