More industrial buildings may soon dot the former English Pit gravel quarry in east Vancouver.

A developer submitted plans to the city of Vancouver in September for four new “flex” industrial buildings just north of Southeast First Street. Flex buildings can be used for warehousing, wholesaling or light industrial purposes. Tags Development East Vancouver Real Estate & housing Section 30
