A New York judge rejected Sean “Diddy” Combs’ request to toss out his recent criminal convictions on Tuesday. His sentencing is scheduled for Friday. Prosecutors are seeking more than 11 years in prison, but his lawyers say he should not serve more than 14 months, which would let him walk free in a matter of weeks after spending nearly 13 months in jail.
