Falcons trade pitch lands $10.5 million WR to aid Michael Penix's development

The Atlanta Falcons ' most important task this season, aside from trying to make the playoffs, is developing second-year quarterback Michael Penix Jr.

And to do that, the more pass catchers the merrier.

That's why Bleacher Report's Alex Kay pitches a trade for Atlanta. He wants them to send a fourth-round pick to the Las Vegas Raiders for wide receiver Jakobi Meyers.

Meyers requested a trade this offseason and is in the final year of his contract, earning a $10.5 million base salary for this season.
