SAVANNAH, Ga. (WSAV) - Atlanta Braves manager Brian Snitker and the Braves organization have announced that Snitker will step down as manager and transition to a different role.
In a press release sent out on the team's X account Wednesday morning, the Braves stated that Snitker will transition to an advisory role within the organization for the 2026 season.
A former player in the Braves minor league system, Snitker has served as manager in Atlanta since 2016. In his almost 10 years as manager, Snitker led the team to one World Series, six NL East division titles and seven postseason appearances, while amassing an 811-668 overall record.
The Braves finished the 2025 season with a 76-86 record.
The Braves also announced that prior to a game next season, Snitker will be inducted into the
