CHARLOTTE — The Panthers placed a pair of players on injured reserve and made a number of additions to the roster on Wednesday as part of a busy week of moves.

The team placed right guard Chandler Zavala and wide receiver David Moore on IR after they sustained injuries during last week's loss at New England.

Zavala left with a knee injury, and Moore with an elbow injury. By going on IR, they'll be out for at least the next four weeks.

They signed three players to the active roster, promoting running back DeeJay Dallas and safety Trevian Thomas from the practice squad. Dallas is a familiar face to this coaching staff from his time with the Seahawks, and he arrived at the start of the regular season. Thomas, an undrafted rookie from Arkansas State, was here throughout the offseaso
