The first tenants should move into new apartments about to be built at the former Black Clawson Kennedy site in fall 2026, a development company spokesman said.

Geoff McMurdo, the chief operating officer for Kingsley Management, a partner in the joint venture, said the first of six four-storey apartment buildings should be ready for occupancy by next fall.

The apartment buildings will be built in parallel, with one group of tradespeople finishing at one building and moving to the next. McMurdo doesn’t yet have an estimate for when the final building will be completed. But they want to get the entire project built.
