UNDER THE K BRIDGE PARK — The annual gala hosted by the North Brooklyn Parks Alliance (NBK Parks) raised nearly $200,000 on top of celebrating an announced $250,000 Community Resiliency, Economic Sustainability and Technology (CREST) grant from New York State Sen. Kristen Gonzalez.

The gala on Thursday, Sept. 25, drew approximately 400 attendees, including elected officials, leaders in nightlife, real estate and local industries, activists, volunteers and neighbors. The CREST grant will be used for infrastructure improvements at Under the K Bridge Park.
