After several years of trying and planning, the upgrades project for the Ririe Joint School District track and field facility are finally complete as of Sept. 22, according to Superintendent Jeff Gee and Athletics Director Matt Harris.

While the main project, replacing the track around the field was completed last October, the district spent the last year completing additional projects for their track and field athletes. Very recently, they completed laying concrete for jumping runways as well as their pole-vaulting, as well as moving around the different elements of their facilities.

"We're always looking to improve the game experience, not just for us, but for our patrons and our students, so that they enjoy playing," said Harris.
