LAGRANGE, Ga. (WRBL) — The LaGrange Police Department says a man accused of sexual assault is now in police custody.

Police say on August 18, LPD received reports of a sexual assault that occurred the day prior. The Criminal Investigations Division determined that the suspect, 33-year-old Christopher Hudson, agreed to provide a massage service for an adult female. According to police, during the massage, Hudson began making unwanted sexual advances on the victim.

During the investigation, child sexual abuse material (CSAM) was discovered on Hudson's phone.

Hudson was taken to the Troup County Jail on Sept. 29 and charged with sexual battery, aggravated sexual battery and 14 counts of computer or electronic pornography and child exploitation.
