LEWISBURG W.Va. (WVDN) – Sunday, October 26, at 3 p.m., marks the exciting opening of this season’s Carnegie Classics Concert Series at Carnegie Hall. Hosted by world-class pianist Barbara Nissman, a Steinway “legend” and a 2023 inductee into the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame, these concerts combine great music with informal chat to introduce classical music to new audiences, as well as inspiring and entertaining all music lovers. Barbara takes us on a magical journey into the world of her favorite composers. She makes listening easy and music meaningful as she shares her joy and passion for her composer “friends” and their great music with all of us.
