COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - Two women were charged Tuesday in connection with vehicle break-ins in unincorporated El Paso County.
According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPSO), deputies received a report at 1:45 a.m. of two people trying to break into a vehicle in the 3000 block of Red Baron Drive.
Deputies coordinated a containment plan and entered the neighborhood from multiple access points to prevent the suspects from fleeing.
While canvassing the area, deputies say they found two women wearing black hoodies who matched the caller’s description of the suspects.
The suspects were identified as Melissa Estrada, 43, and Jessica Wyant, 38.
