Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner are suing Ray J .

The 44-year-old and 69-year-old mother-daughter duo filed new paperwork claiming defamation in a lawsuit that asks for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages against the 44-year-old entertainer.

The two are calling out Ray J for claiming they’re part of a federal criminal racketeering investigation, via TMZ .

During a recent livestream that’s gone viral , he claimed that he was helping to build a RICO case against the two, claiming it would be worse than the Sean “Diddy” Combs case.

The lawsuit claims that Ray J is “unable to accept the end of his fleeting relationship with Ms. Kardashian over 20 years ago,” and that he’s defamed them for years for personal gain.
