SEDALIA, Mo - A Pettis County arrest warrant has been issued for an Eldon man following a September 26th incident in Sedalia.

According to a probable cause statement, a man and woman were hanging out in a trailer when the woman's boyfriend, 50-year-old Tyler McCue allegedly broke-in and dragged her towards his truck.

When the man stepped outside he was allegedly struck over the head with a metal bar by McCue. He also claimed that when he attempted to go to his vehicle to go to the hospital McCue ran into it with his truck causing damage to the rear driver side door. The man was able to get treatment for a head laceration at a local hospital.

The Pettis County Sheriff's Office reached out to McCue, who claimed he accidentally hit the victim's vehicle because his brakes weren't working
