DENVER (KDVR) — The 17th Judicial District Attorney's Office on Wednesday announced it has filed murder, arson, robbery and tampering charges in connection to a deadly September stabbing in Aurora.

Milton Oney Euceda-Velasquez, 29, is facing charges related to the stabbing of a man found dead on Sept. 16 in an alley between North Hanover and North Havana streets at 19th Avenue in Aurora, according to the DA's office.

Officers were called to the area for an altercation in the alley between Havana and Hanover streets, police said at the time. When officers arrived, they found a dead man with multiple stab wounds.

Euceda-Velasquez is facing the following charges in Adams County District Court: • First-Degree Murder (F1) • Second-Degree Murder (F2) • Aggravated Robbery (F3) • Second
