SEYMOUR — History and art come together in downtown Seymour on Monday, October 6, 2025, as the community gathers to unveil a new mural honoring the 159th anniversary of the first train robbery in U.S. history.
The ribbon cutting will take place at 10 a.m. at 105 W. Second St., and everyone is invited to attend. The striking mural, created by local artist Jamie Harris, vividly depicts the infamous train robbery carried out by the Reno Gang — a moment in time that forever linked Seymour to America’s outlaw past.
