In these times of uncertainty, especially in the face of unfolding ecological doom, it’s easy to lose faith in the future.
Jane Goodall has devoted her life to studying the earth and its creatures and, at 89, she’s still inspired by the possibilities our vast planet and human ingenuity can create.
Best known for her work with chimpanzees in Africa, the London-born Goodall has been a leading voice for global conservation for nearly six decades.
Today, she makes appearances around the world, discussing environmental crises and daring new generations to seek solutions to confront the disaster they have inherited.
She conveyed that message in her 2021 book, “The Book of Hope: A Survival Guide for Trying Times.”
