YOUNGSTOWN A stretch of West Boardman Street in downtown Youngstown will be closed for a few hours Thursday morning.

West Boardman Street will be closed between South Hazel Street and South Phelps Street Thursday, October 2 from 7 a.m. until noon for the placement of a crane to replace a generator.

Detours will be posted accordingly.
