Fabio Wardley believes a future fight with Moses Itauma is a genuine possibility, but only if he and his stablemate claim world titles first.

The British heavyweights are both on the verge of challenging for major belts.

Wardley faces Joseph Parker on October 25 in a WBO interim title fight to establish the next mandatory challenger for undisputed king Oleksandr Usyk .

Meanwhile, Itauma is ranked No.1 by the WBA and WBO following a perfect 13-0 start to life in the paid ranks.

Both men are trained by Ben Davison, which would make for an awkward conversation if they signed to fight each other.

However, Wardley believes that could be placed to one side if the terms are right.

"Who knows how the future's going to go? Right now me and Moses, we're both on our own courses," Wardle
