WASHINGTON DC (KOLO) - U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen renewed her calls for a ban on bump stocks in a speech honoring the victims of the 1 October shooting in Las Vegas in 2017.

Rosen condemned the Supreme Court for overturning a federal ban on bump stocks, which she called common sense, and claimed the devices have entered back into the streets.

She joined an effort to once again get the devices banned back in June of last year.

For the residents of Southern Nevada and so many others, October 1st is no ordinary day. On October 1st, 2017 my hometown of Las Vegas was struck by an unimaginable tragedy that forever changed our communities.
