unCommon Construction has opened a new campus in New Orleans that leaders say will serve as the organization’s operational hub and expand its capacity to train the next generation of builders.

The ribbon-cutting marked the start of unCommon’s 11th school year in the city. The 12,000-square-foot property includes a two-story office and community space, a 2,000-square-foot workshop and a multi-use exterior area for parking and construction projects.
