CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WJW) - The FOX 8 I-Team has found investigations are not over and more shake ups at Cleveland Heights city hall, even as a new mayor just took the oath of office.
Cleveland Heights Council President Tony Cuda was sworn in as interim mayor. He is taking over for former Mayor Kahlil Seren.
Seren was just booted out of office in a recall vote that was held Sept. 9 -- voters tired of scandal swirling around the former mayor and his wife.
The new mayor is promising calm.
"Our government hasn't quite lived up to the greatness of our people of our city," Cuda told the I-Team. "We want to make sure that is what happens in the next few months and beyond."
A big crowd of taxpayers, even police officers, attended the new mayor's swearing in ceremony that was held on Wedn
