CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Cleveland’s Chief City Planner, Kim Scott, was arrested Wednesday on a felony theft charge, according to court records.

According to Cleveland Municipal Court records, Scott is facing a fifth-degree felony charge of theft.

The City of Cleveland confirmed Scott was placed on unpaid administrative leave.
