Podcaster Joe Rogan backed Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth's stance on "woke garbage" and "fat generals" as he seeks to overhaul the department.

“Well you saw what the f— was going on over the last four years,” Rogan said on his podcast Tuesday, in a clip highlighted by Mediaite. “You got guys in dresses talking about how it’s really important to have inclusiveness, ‘It’s the most important thing about the military, it’s inclusivity.’”

“We had crazy people that were in charge of very important positions," he added.

In a Tuesday gathering with military leaders in Quantico, Va., Hegseth said that he doesn’t want to see “fat generals and admirals” or overweight troops.
