Beverley Mitchell is facing backlash after sharing a throwback photo from “7th Heaven” that included former co-star Stephen Collins, who admitted to sexually abusing minors more than a decade ago.

Mitchell, 44, posted the image on her official Facebook account last week, showing herself as a teenager alongside Collins and co-star Mackenzie Rosman, who was a child that played her sister Ruthie Camden. The photo features Collins with his arm around Mitchell, who in turn has her arm around Rosman. Mitchell did not include a caption with the post.

The decision to share the image drew swift criticism from social media users who questioned why Mitchell would post a photo featuring Collins, who played patriarch Rev. Eric Camden on the wholesome family drama that ran from 1996 to 2007.
