LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) - Newly obtained emails from FCPS leaders reveal new details about the district’s financial woes and the budget director’s placement on administrative leave.
Through an open records request, WKYT’s Samantha Valentino obtained emails between Superintendent Dr. Demetrus Liggins, Deputy Superintendent Dr. Houston Barber, Finance Director Rodney Jackson, and Board Chair Tyler Murphy.
