CENTRE COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Three Pennsylvania lawmakers are advocating for transparency in the potential sale of the SCI Rockview property following the prison's closure.

State Representatives Paul Takac, Scott Conklin, and Dallas Kephart are working to ensure that any sale of the SCI Rockview property is publicly announced and benefits the residents of Centre County.

"I've said it before and I'll keep saying it. The decision to close that facility was absolutely the wrong call," Takac said.

"I'm still very bitter about the whole situation, but we must act now before this unrolls," Kephart said.
