MARION COUNTY, Mo. (WGEM) - A man was arrested on Tuesday after the Marion County Sheriff’s Office received reports of a person threatening local businesses online.
Deputies said they attempted to make contact with Brandon M. Krigbaum at his residence, but the suspect fled on a UTV.
Deputies reported they coordinated a manhunt in the area of Highway Z and County Road 240. They said the manhunt lasted 12 hours.
Once deputies found Krigbaum, he was taken into custody without incident.
Deputies said Kirgbaum remains in custody at the Marion County Sheriff’s Office while they investigate the threats.
The Monroe City R-1 School District reported that their bus routes would be suspended Wednesday morning. Since Krigbaum was caught, the school said they will be resuming their normal bus rout
