CLEVELAND — Kim Scott, the city of Cleveland's chief planner, was arrested Wednesday, according to a case summary from Cleveland Municipal Court.

Court records show Scott was charged with one count of theft, a felony of the fifth degree. She is set to be arraigned on Friday.

According the to the city's website, Scott works for the City Planning Commission and Neighborhood Planning. Her LinkedIn page says she has worked for the city as a planner since 2007 and became the chief planner in 2018.
