Princess Catherine is reportedly "deeply unsettled" over Meghan Markle's alleged bid to hire Natasha Archer, the Princess' former assistant and one of her closest friends, to help rebrand her lifestyle empire.

Natasha 'Tash' Archer, 37, stepped down in July after 15 years as Catherine's right-hand woman , ending an era that saw her dubbed the brains behind 'The Kate Middleton Effect'.

Archer first joined the royal household in 2007, guiding the Princess' wardrobe, public image, and even supporting her through pregnancies and recent cancer battle.
