BILLINGS, Mont. – The Billings Police Department has alerted the community about a fraudulent scheme soliciting donations for a Daylis Stadium fundraiser.

School resource officers were notified about the scam, which the school district has confirmed is not a legitimate fundraiser.

Authorities urge residents to be cautious and verify sponsors and addresses before contributing to any fundraiser.
