MIDWAY — A beloved winter attraction will not make a return to Utah — at least not in the immediate future.
Ice Castles announced in a social media post Wednesday that it is pausing the attraction at its Midway location for the upcoming winter.
The company didn't give a specific reason for the break this season in the post, except that it is reworking its build process to "better adapt for future weather conditions."
The owners of Ice Castles also did not specify when the attraction may return, but they assured that the pause is not permanent.
"It's a decision grounded in growth, and most certainly NOT a goodbye for good," the social media post reads.
