Politifest, San Diego’s annual political summit hosted by Voice of San Diego, is this weekend.

There, San Diego County leaders will debate and dispute key local issues, including the sewage crisis, electricity costs and water prices. Some will also present big picture visions for the city.

NBC 7 political reporter Joey Safchik will be moderating a discussion on Prop 50, the redistricting effort. She sat down with VOSD editor-in-chief Scott Lewis to get the low down on Politifest and nerd out over city politics.
