McGehee continued its strong start to the volleyball season with a decisive victory over Ursuline at the 18th annual pink game held at Ursuline.
McGehee won 25-14, 25-14, 25-11 in three sets. Ursuline kept the sets close early on, but McGhee was able to come away with the sweep on a Wednesday night dedicated to breast cancer awareness.
McGehee (14-3) went on an 8-0 run to end the second set, which included two kills from junior Kylie Buford. McGhee had 30 kills as a team with junior Kylie Buford and senior Campbell Banta leading the way.
