LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police announced a second arrest in connection with a non-fatal shooting that happened Aug. 26 in the 1500 block of Congress Street.
With the help of LMPD’s Fugitive Unit, SWAT, and the Second Division, officers arrested 20-year-old Troy Martin Jr. of Louisville on Monday. Police said Martin is charged in connection with the shooting, which happened just after 8 p.m. and left one adult injured.
Martin faces charges of unlawful transaction with a minor (second degree), complicity to first-degree assault, and five counts of complicity to wanton endangerment.
Police previously announced the first arrest in the case on Sept. 2.
The LMPD Non-Fatal Shooting Unit is investigating. No additional information is available currently.
