INDIANAPOLIS IMPD officers are on the scene following a fatal crash on Wednesday night.

According to IMPD, the crash happened on I-65 northbound near mile marker 92 just before exit 90. The crash happened while police were in the midst of a vehicle pursuit.

The driver was pronounced deceased at the scene of the single-vehicle accident.

Due to the investigation, I-65 northbound is closed, and drivers should find an alternative route.
