PUEBLO, Colo. (KKTV) - Two people were arrested early Wednesday morning following a burglary call near Pueblo, where multiple stolen items were recovered, according to deputies.

The Pueblo County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) said deputies responded to the 1800 block of South La Crosse Avenue, just east of Pueblo city limits, around 1 a.m. for a burglary alarm. They said the alarm was called in after an RV owner reported seeing a man break into his trailer on a security camera.

During the break-in, deputies said the suspect took down the security camera.

Upon arrival, deputies said they saw two men running and chased them down while ordering them to stop.

The suspects reportedly refused the orders from deputies, but PCSO said one suspect, 36-year-old Steven Griego, was quickly apprehended.
