ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta begins in just a few days, and the city is making its final preparations for the big event. For the first time, Balloon Fiesta Park will have flushable toilets, and other areas now have plumbing installed to build more restrooms in the future.
