NEWTON COUNTY, Ga. — A Newton County business owner is facing mounting financial troubles that have now led to her being arrested twice in the span of just a few days.
Julie Danielle Freeman, the owner of the Yellow River Ale House in Porterdale, was first taken into custody on Sept. 25 during a traffic stop.
Porterdale Police pulled her over in her Jeep Wrangler on S. Broad Street.

Her vehicle was impounded during the traffic stop. Porterdale Police said the registration was suspended.
Freeman was arrested again on Sept. 29 on two more warrants, bringing the total number of charge
