(KRON) -- San Jose police are asking for the public's help in locating an at-risk missing teenager.

James Le, 13, was last seen around 6:40 p.m. Wednesday while walking away from a residence in the 1500 block of Foley Avenue, said police.

At the time of his disappearance, James was reportedly wearing a red dress shirt, blue jean shorts, and a black fanny pack.

"Let's get James back to his worried family," police said in a social media post.
